We are launching a **state-of-the-art Volkswagen dealership** in **May 2025**, and we are looking for an **experienced Parts Interpreter**who brings more than just skills — we want **personality**. Someone who knows that cars are more than transport — they are an expression of style, ambition, and identity.

**Role Responsibility**
- Assisting customers and workshop technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal staff
- Keeping up to date with new products and vehicle models
- Maintain and organise inventory, while keeping accurate records
- Provide expert advice on parts
- Process orders efficiently and accurately using inventory systems
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Assist in stock takes and manage incoming and outgoing parts

**About you**:

- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Open (manual) driver's licence
- Team player
