**About CWR**

A local space that marries the charm of great European wine bars with the convivial atmosphere only found at a neighbourhood bar by the beach in Coogee. The seasonal menu is perfectly complemented by a 500-bottle wine selection encompassing all major wine regions of the world with more than different 50 varietals on offer.

CWR spread across two levels, offering guests a range of environments to enjoy fine wine, food and company, whether that be perched at the front window or bar, dining casually on the ground floor, relaxing upstairs in the cosy lounge or enjoying a divine drop in the upstairs dining room.

**About the role**:

- Good skills and knowledge in Cocktail making, classical and curated, spirit & wine knowledge and confidence in your service skills in these areas is a must
- We are looking for an outgoing individual who is passionate about people, wine and delighting their customers.
- This role requires excellent customer service skills and food and beverage knowledge.
- You are naturally curious about people and go above and beyond to ensure you are delivering a memorable experience from the moment they walk in the door at CWR.
- Proven track record of great customer experience/engagement.
- Wine knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You will need to have at least 1-year experience in a similar Restaurant or Bar
- A flair for service, natural ability to build rapport and most importantly you love what you do and enjoy sharing your love of all things Food & Beverage with your guests
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- NSW RSA essential
- Available to work on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Must have current working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.73 - $37.43 per hour
