With over 350 employees across three venues, the HR team are looking for a passionate HR Advisor with an interest in learning and development and recruitment to join this fast paced and fun team. We are a hands on and passionate team who are truly invested in the vision, mission and values of the club.

**About the Role**

This position is a true generalist role with a responsibility for the L&D portfolio. Working with and being supported by both the General Manager Human Resources and the wider team, you will oversee all aspects of L&D within the organisation.

**This includes**:

- Sourcing external L&D solutions based on the needs of the organisation
- Designing, delivering and updating training and development programs and activities for all employees using eLearning and other delivery methods
- Co-ordinating the sourcing and implementation of individual professional training
- Overseeing annual performance review reporting and other project work as required

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing day to day HR advisory support for your portfolio of business units.

- Performance Management
- Coaching and Mentoring the Canterbury team

**What we are looking for**:
**To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with a HRIS and proficient in MS Office
- A solid understanding of Awards, IR and WHS legislation
