**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established name in the media space, providing a marketing platform with Australia’s largest market reach to Doctors and GP’s. They are the preferred platform for marketing of a wide range of branding from pharmaceutical product launches through to luxury cars and high-end fashion. Their newsletter has become the perfect space for any company looking to reach that particular demographic.

Since establishment, they have also innovated into the SaaS space by designing and launching a software created to increase visibility and ROI for clients’ marketing during times when face-to-face marketing was not feasible. The platform was incredibly successfully and has led to sustained growth, hence they are now looking to bring on board an Account Manager into a newly created role.

- Generous remuneration, including a base salary of $80K, Super, and a 40% commission structure

**About you**:
We would love to see the following qualities:

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Creative mindset to come up with unique and effective marketing suggestions to meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Be able to think strategically and make recommendations for new products or services to grow the account
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep track of timelines, and ensure budgets are met.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate digital platforms, social media, and other marketing tools
- Media background - have experience in the media industry, either from a publisher or an agency, and be familiar with the different mediums of marketing.
- Warm, friendly, and able to build strong relationships with clients to maintain their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Be able to present to clients effectively and pitch new business opportunities

**What the role will entail day-to-day**:

- Managing and retaining a portfolio of esteemed accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and monitoring the performance of advertising campaigns.
- Building and nurturing new relationships with clients to drive new business development and grow the portfolio.
- Working with a variety of mediums for marketing, such as digital, social media, and print.
- Communicating with clients regularly to understand their needs, providing updates on campaign performance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Continuously monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices to ensure the company's offerings are competitive.
- Identifying new business opportunities and making recommendations for new products or services.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to maintain their loyalty and satisfaction.
