**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily service repairs for clients across WA and interstate, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Complete service reports promptly and accurately.
- Comply with OH&S policies, service procedures, customer contractual obligations, and Innomotics’ quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of safety instructions, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all tools and test equipment issued to the role.
- Provide support to the Sales Team and, occasionally, assist Project Team initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Electrical License** or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OH&S guidelines.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiasm to develop skills and advance within the division.
