**Our GANT business is excited to be recruiting for a Full Time Sales Associate for our new Fashion Spree Liverpool store opening September 4th.**
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic individual who has a love of fashion and a passion for styling.
We’re excited for you to partner with our store manager to build a strong and inspiring management team. Together, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and empower the rest of our team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

**To meet the role requirements and to ensure your success and satisfaction as an Assistant Store Manager at our Harbour Town location, you must**:
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and operational excellence.
- Enjoy strategising to achieve and exceed budgets and KPIs.
- Cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation, and accountability to maximise performance.
- Understand that effective communication is paramount to you and your team’s success.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers.
- Enjoy fostering a team, sharing knowledge and feedback to ultimately develop and cross skill all members.
- Be inherently responsible - Ensure store opening and closing times are met, store is safe and secure and appropriately staffed.
- Have an eye for detail and uphold GANT Global Visual Merchandising standards.
