- Cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation, and accountability to maximise performance.
- Understand that effective communication is paramount to you and your team’s success.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers.
- Enjoy fostering a team, sharing knowledge and feedback to ultimately develop and cross skill all members.
- Be inherently responsible - Ensure store opening and closing times are met, store is safe and secure and appropriately staffed.
- Have an eye for detail and uphold GANT Global Visual Merchandising standards.
