1. Write about the skills/passions you possess that make you a good ESO?
2. What is a challenging child (initials only) that you have found difficult to engage? How did you overcome this difficulty?
3. How can you best support the teachers in a classroom setting? Current or previous class is fine.
4. How do you contribute to a positive and cohesive staff culture? How do you resolve challenges with staff, students and parents?
5. How do you demonstrate a collaborative, growth mindset?
6. Comment on how you would go about supporting students who require extensive support.
7. How can you be flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs of students and the school?
8. How do you support children to become resilient?
