We are seeking a driven and motivated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner. CareCo Services, a registered NDIS provider, is expanding our existing PBS team in Adelaide and we want you to be a part of our growth phase Based in Prospect, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As an NDIS provider, we specialize in providing high-quality, personalized care to NDIS participants across South Australia. With our rapidly growing PBS team, we’re dedicated to supporting people with complex behaviours and enhancing their quality of life through evidence-based practices.

**About the Role**: As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in assessing, developing, and implementing tailored strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviours. This position requires a proactive and compassionate approach, and offers a supportive environment where your expertise can flourish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Positive Behaviour Support plans.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and support teams to provide person-centered care.
- Train and support other team members and stakeholders in implementing PBS strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans, making adjustments where necessary.
- Ensure all documentation meets NDIS quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the PBS team and services.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of participants at all times.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral support or disability.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with NDIS principles and guidelines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
