**About the Role**:
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to support aged care facilities across the South Coast region. As a Kitchen Hand, you will assist in preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team with general duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic food preparation and meal plating
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
- Follow food safety and infection control protocols
- Work closely with chefs, cooks, and facility staff
- Support resident mealtime service with care and respect

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (aged care ideal)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NSW Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccination (as per current health requirements)
- Reliable transport and availability across various shifts

Pay: $32.33 - $64.66 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
