We are a retailer focusing on news, books and convenience, and are a renowned, competitive leader in the travel market worldwide

Due to the growth of the business, WHSmith Supanews currently have Team Member (Sales Assistant) casual positions available at the North Lakes Supanews store

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, demonstrating service superstardom
- Cash handling and standard retail transactions
- Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 6 months' experience in a retail environment (newsagent or convenience store experience will be highly regarded)
- Must be available weekends and weekdays
- Lotto knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of busy retail operations with a focus on quality service
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Great personal presentation
- Flexibility with work hours
- A team player
