**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to help coordinate the pick pack operation at our Greensborough Store (Centre) on a part time basis.
As a Pick & Pack Assistance/Centre Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

- Receive and pick and pack client food orders in a retail like setting;
- Ensure the inventory system is regularly updated to reflect stock movements.
- Ensure all procedures are carried out daily and all deadlines are met.
- Inform Supply Chain of any possible stock shortages or issues.
- Ensure transport alterations and urgent deliveries are arranged.

- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- Ability to multi task and hit deadlines

Hours are rostered to meet the operational requirements of the Centre. Whilst this role will be initially 10-15 hours per week, hours will vary and can include Monday to Friday, Saturday, split shifts and evening shifts.
