**Seafolly are looking for our NEXT Store Manager in our Queensland stores.**

**About the role**:
Seafolly are looking for an aspiring leader, to develop and train into the next Store Manager for one of our Queensland Stores. Your training will be based out of our Pacific Fair Flagship Store to work with our Store Management Team & QLD Regional Manager.

As a **Store Manager In Training** at SEAFOLLY you will be a fashionable, positive aspiring leader who's focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

**You will**:

- Learn to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
- Deliver and recieve training on a regular basis to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling
- Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
- Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
- Provide an unforgettable experience and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach
- Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly be the most loved Australian swimwear brand

You have:

- Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management or Supervisor role is ideal
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team of any size other types of industries is also encouraged
- Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
- Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
- Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing yourself and your team
- Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach and all things summer
