**The opportunity**

Advice Solutions is responsible for the advice platform, working alongside the Reinvent program to design and deliver automated solutions as part of end-to-end advice production and practice management processes and technology solutions. ClientHUB is an end-to-end technology solution designed for financial planning businesses / advisers to help improve the efficiency, compliance and mastery of client data through a single, integrated practice management and financial planning solution. The solution is built on Salesforce and XPLAN as well as other best of breed technologies.

**How you will make an impact**
- Work independently or within a working group to understand the needs of our advisers and customers, to design the best of breed advice templates and tool solutions that are:

- efficient,
- meet industry, regulatory and licensee requirements, and
- in line with AMP’s technology strategy.
- In some instances, manage the development and testing of proposed solutions.
- Manage deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
- Adhere to existing risk and compliance controls and ensure similar controls are in place for new solutions

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong understanding of the end to end financial planning process.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to bring new ideas and innovation.
- Good stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail.

**Wellbeing & Benefits**
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in an advice function within the Financial Planning industry.
- Diploma in Financial Planning, or RG146 equivalent
- Minimum XPLAN support, development or coding experience. Knowledge of core XPLAN modules.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential
