We offer a spectrum of thoughtfully curated wellness journeys for our clients, using hand-crafted Australian botanical products. Our retail stores offer an eclectic mix of handmade skincare and beauty products, candles, apothecary, crystals and ritual tools, jewelry, and Tarot.

We are currently looking for passionate Reception/Retail Assistants to join our team with opportunities available in each location. To be successful in this role, you will possess amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. You must be flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn

Role responsibilities:

- Make sure COVID practices are being followed by following guidelines
- Provide exceptional check-in services to all Spa customers
- Provide excellent customer service, answering all customer queries to the highest standard
- Provide assistance on all retail products including our own natural skincare range, crystals, and other natural therapies products
- Provide advice on suitable spa packages, therapies, skincare ranges, and crystals
- Book appointments through understanding your customer needs and recommending best treatments and skincare

Please check you have the following before applying:

- At least 2 years in a retail or customer service role
- Australian Residency or have PR
- Preferably flexible availability and to include a weekend day
- Interest in Natural Therapies & Wellness treatments

*Position falls under Retail Award rate per hour with higher Rates Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Positions are available immediately and training is provided.

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
