The teachers are supported by their faculty HOD as well as a behaviour HUB with a dedicated Deputy Principal, HOD Student Engagement and Year Level Coordinators to support classroom practice. Dakabin State High School also has an Aspirant program which is currently providing the opportunity for staff to gain opportunities in higher level positions. Dakabin State High School also supports New and Beginning Teachers in a fortnightly program. Dakabin State High School enables their staff to be engaged in committees such as Wellbeing, PBL, Inclusivity and Pedagogy.
