**About the company**:
Our client are a property advisory and project management consultancy who are successful and pride themselves on all the work they deliver with exceptional results.

**About the role**:
The main focus of the role is to assist the marketing team with the full bid process and produce marketing materials that will lead to the companies success.

Your duties will include:

- Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards
- Coordinate and maintain marketing materials
- Maintain databases and libraries
- Assist in writing project profiles
- Interpret briefs and draft responses
- Provide marketing assistance for new and existing company collateral and assist with social media posts

**About you**:

- Prior experience working within a similar role
- Proficient experience with Adobe InDesign
- Strong literacy skills
- High degree of accuracy
