Hatch is supporting Binance to find a great Binance Accelerator - VIP Marketing to join their Marketing team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Binance.

**About the role at Binance**

Built by the world's largest digital asset exchange by trade volume, Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, HFT and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
- Market and Customer Research - Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
- Paid Social - Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
