**Retail Assistant**

Totally Workwear Gilles Plains is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant for our successful locally owned business.

At Totally Workwear, we stock a broad range of work wear including Hi-Visibility Clothing, Work Boots, Corporate Wear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As one of 85 stores across Australia, TWW is a market leader in the work wear industry stocking reputable Australian brands including King Gee, Hard Yakka, Steel Blue and Blundstone.

We require a confident, reliable, professional and enthusiastic customer focused individual to take on this position. There is no requirement to work public holidays, nights, or Sundays.

**General Duties Include**:

- To provide exceptional in store customer experiences through strong service
- Fulfillment of customer orders
- Opening and closing of the store as required
- Balancing the cash register at the end of the day
- Visual merchandising of stock throughout the store
- Ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated ability to use retail POS and EFTPOS
- Demonstrated basic ability to use computer software such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and be proactive

**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm / 8am-4pm (shift dependent)
- Saturday 9am-3pm, every 2nd or 3rd Saturday. RDO afforded for each Saturday shift worked.
- Please note **applicants unable to work the Saturday shift will not be considered.**

Pay: $25.65 - $38.48 per hour
