We are looking for a passionate Qualified Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
- Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Mentor a team of Educators through educational guidance
- Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF Ongoing records of the children's development
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.

This is full and part time position, working on rotating rosters available in Cheltenham campus in Victoria.

Only About Children Cheltenham is a warm and inviting child care centre that is proud to be rated ‘exceeding’ by the National Quality Standard. This lovely campus is situated at 15 Herald Street, Cheltenham VIC and has 5 rooms and 86 places with ample parking. Shops, wonderful restaurants, local primary schools and lovely parks surround it. Our purpose built campus has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and we value interacting with the local community of Cheltenham.
