**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in daily huddles and branch meetings

**Support Branch Management by following company policy and strategy within the branch - **_CIP Breakthrough _**
- Ensure you understand and always follow company policies, procedures and directions
- Adopt safe work practices

**Support Branch Management to deliver Customised Service to customers - **_Reece Works for You _**
- Assist branch management to deliver The Reece Commitment of Customised Service
- Service (Making it easier for our customers to do business with us)
- Quality (Setting the highest standards then striving to achieve them)
- Relationships (Treating our customer as business partners)
- Expertise (Understanding the market in which we operate)
- Embrace the Service Standards by having the right attitude and doing the simple things well every day
- Focus on building strong relationships with all branch customers
- Align all your activities back to the customer to deliver the very best customer service in the branch, on site, over the telephone, or via any electronic communications
