**About the Role**

The Retail Team Leader role, a brand new role to our business will act as a 2IC for our Regional Manager and be responsible for managing the customer flow in our Canberra hub ensuring an unforgettable experience as soon as they arrive.

The role will be a fast paced customer facing role and would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously in a small team environment.

**The role will also be responsible for**:

- Monitoring customer tickets and calls, ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner.
- Supporting our Regional Manager in creating local sales and marketing strategies to increase our reach and customer base
- Supporting the team with queries and training.
- Implementing processes and procedures to enhance our operations and customer experience
- Managing onboarding and offboarding compliance for customers.
- Accident Management for customers.
- Vehicle inspection sign off on return and pre going out.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced customer facing retail environment
- Experience managing a small team
- Passion for sales and customers
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead with empathy
- Experience managing customers with diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable managing conflict and resolving issues
- Comfortable working through contracts
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A valid Australian drivers license
- Ability to work Saturdays as per roster
