Permanent, full-time position in North Sydney

The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Officer to join their Compliance Team and help to maintain their regulatory and contractual obligations. It is essential that applicants have experience working in Compliance in the VET sector.

Some key responsibilities will include;
Monitor the RTOs compliance within the VET Quality Frameworks, including training and assessment materials, and developing the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process
Maintain, implement, and develop continuous improvement across the RTO, including policies and procedures
Participate in audit processes as required
Assist in the validation of qualifications as per validation calendar
Quality assurance of the RTOs’ website and marketing materials

Excellent knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
Excellent knowledge of Smart & Skilled funding
Excellent communication skills
- written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Flexible approach to work
2 years of experience in a Compliance or similar role in the VET sector
