You’ll work alongside a supportive team preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals for residents. With no weekend shifts and a balanced schedule, this is a great role for someone seeking steady midweek hours in a well-organised workplace.

Tuesday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday 2:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 2:30pm to 7:30pm
No weekend or late-night shifts

**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant at one of our key aged care residences in Miranda
**What This Role Involves**:
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Prepare and present texture modified foods
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
