The National Golf Club is seeking a full time Catering Supervisor to join their team at Cape Schanck on the Mornington Peninsula. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, the role is to supervise and provide an excellent, efficient and effective customer service for members and their guests.
- Basic financial knowledge and ability to interpret financial reports
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service requirements
- knowledge on inventory management
- Must have RSA Certificate, may have completed a wine course and food hygiene handling training
- Demonstrate computer skills and point of sale knowledge is necessary

Tasks will include:

- Assist in managing daily catering requirements for the clubhouse and ensure provisions of highest level of food, beverage and service
- Assist in managing on course catering, for example staffing and supplies
- Oversee the cleaning and general upkeep of all clubhouse facilities
- Responding to communications received in a timely manner
- Coordinate food and beverage staff in all facets including budget control, performance development reviews and job satisfaction.

Salary Package
- A salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
