Your opportunity:
To do this successfully you will:

- Contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets, increased premium flow and profitability for the group insurance business
- Manage and maintain client relationships and contribute to the formulation, negotiation and implementation of strategic enhancements to current benefit design for clients
- Contribute to strategy definition and implementation for clients within the team’s portfolio, ensuring all internal stakeholders are engaged, to achieve profitability and retention targets with clients
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to current benefit designs in order to increase premium flow and profitability
- Identify, make recommendations for and play a key role in the implementation for process, product and service improvements within the team’s client portfolio
- Contribute to the client strategy using external inputs such as Forethought results and other client surveys
- Proactively develop and maintain day to day relationships with clients within the team’s portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience working within a Client Development or similar role
- Experience working within the life insurance business will be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good commercial acumen
- The proven ability to network and build strong relationships
- The ability to effectively represent AIA in the external market
