As our Graphic Design & Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be more than just a designer. You'll be a visual storyteller who can help communicate our brand through captivating visual. You'll thrive thinking and executing new content to help build out our story. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Morse Micro's brand identity and creating a narrative that resonates across the IoT world.

Morse Micro is Australia's fastest growing semiconductor company that is shaping the future of Wi-Fi technology for the multi-billion dollar Internet of Things markets. At Morse Micro you will be working with experienced professionals and engineers, some of whom are the team that invented the original Wi-Fi technology that is ubiquitous today.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Being the go-to-person for any internal and external presentations & graphical designs
- Developing an inspiring master slide template in Google Slides in collaboration with our Sales & Business Development team
- Crafting beautifully polished targeted presentations in preparation for key customer meetings
- Converting content from Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Canva into Google Slides
- Making deeply technical content look accessible through beautiful graphical design
- Supporting the Communications Team with both internal & external comms material
- Developing strategies, coming up with ideas and corresponding creative content
- Tracking, measuring, and analysing content activities
- Assisting with the setup and day-to-day trafficking of online ad campaigns
- Actively monitor/manage campaign pacing and performance
- Owning graphical design

**Required qualifications and experience**:

- 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- A flair and passion for creativity, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking
- Knowledge of advertising on popular social media platforms, including LinkedIn or
- Excellent content creation skills, including editing, formatting, and graphic/video production
- Proficient in using Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop and or Canva
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Proven project management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to turn around work quickly
