Console Operator

**Customer Service Team Member - Alstonville**:

We're on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join our **Alstonville** store.

**Position Details**:

- **Casual role** - approx. **2-3 shifts per week**:

- Typical shifts**:10:00am-5:00pm** and **5:00pm-10:00pm**:

- **Most shifts are solo shifts**, especially in the evenings
- **Must be 18+** to work solo after 5pm

**Pay Rates (for Ages 20+)**:

- **Weekdays**: $35.18/hour
- **Weekends**: $45.89/hour

About You:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident using a till and performing till reconciliation
- Strong communication and basic maths skills
- A reliable team player who’s available to work nights
- Self-motivated and comfortable working solo

Your Role:

- Provide a warm and friendly experience to every customer
- Process payments for fuel, food and convenience items
- Handle closing procedures and till reconciliation
- Keep the store clean and presentable (including forecourt)
- Restock and rotate stock on shelves
