Head Trainer

Are you an experienced Trainer looking for a consistent coaching role? You're in luck F45 Training Bayswater is looking for a Superstar Coach to join the team as Head Trainer

As an F45 trainer you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess and support members of all fitness levels and deliver the best F45 experience for every member. You will be energetic and enthusiastic whilst remaining professional at all times.

This position can be casual/part-time/full-time and will require morning or afternoon shifts and/or weekend shifts.

**Skills required**
- Cert III in Group Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Great communication skills
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Flexibility in working hours

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all members are performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
- Motivate, encourage and inspire team members
- Maintain a clean, organised, energetic and fun studio
- Ability to demonstrate goal setting skills to support members as well as staff/management for the betterment of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
