TS Global is a proud Australian owned leading manufacturer of premium quality, innovative conveyor products and market leading polyurethane solutions throughout Australia and overseas.

Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for minimising breakdowns and ensuring that our conveyor products perform to customer expectations.

**KEY DUTIES**
- Onsite maintenance support for TS Global products and customer
- Fitting assembly work
- General fitting and machining
- Maintenance and installations on machinery on sites
- Troubleshooting, Installing and commissioning new equipment
- Maintenance, repairs and services to systems, components and machinery
- Construct, assemble, manufacture and fit machinery parts asper drawings / plans
- Identification of damage and equipment faults and determining the correct repair method
- Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings etc
- Performance quality checks of machinery to ensure they meet the quality standards
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Provide information and advice to enhance performance of products

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience working in mining as a Conveyor Belt Technician or Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Trades qualified mechanical fitter or similar
- Experience and knowledge in materials handling conveyor belt systems and associated components such as belt cleaners’ maintenance, skirting systems and belt tracking
- High risk licences including forklift, dogging, rigging etc
- Working at heights and confined spaces tickets
- Proven experience in carrying out routine inspections and submitting reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the square
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team
- A strong commitment to safety and quality with proven results
- A current drivers licence

All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
