**Position: Cafe All-Rounder/Barista**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing outstanding customer service from their arrival to departure.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages with efficiency and precision.
- Operate coffee machines and prepare various coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring the cafe area is tidy and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Assist with general cafe duties, including opening and closing tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Uphold health and safety standards to provide a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cafe All-Rounder, Floor Staff, or Barista is essential.
- A bubbly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in bartending skills are a bonus mark
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends and evenings.
