Play a key role in the delivery of our largest fit-out project in Victoria- Fit-out and Finishes Supervisor Opportunity- Large scale commercial project with significant services component

About the role:
Due to the next stage of a $300m, commercial project moving ahead we are looking out for a Supervisor (Foreman) with a strong focus on fitout and finishes. It will have a significant services component, but also boutique/high-end fit out and finishes. The position will be based on site, in the CBD.

As a Supervisor, you will review construction work and provide expert, technical input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and proactively recommend improvements to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe and budgetary parameters. You will also be expected to recommend changes to construction processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to Construction and Engineering projects.

To be successful you will need:
- Combined 4 years or more experience on large scale building projects- Strong commercial fit-out or finishes experience- Strong knowledge of Construction practices, and/or knowledge of general building design and construction principles.- You will have strong problem solving ability- You are able to exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures.
