State Line Melbourne are currently looking for experienced Baristas / Care All Rounders to work in our cafe located at Avondale Heights.

What is on offer? Casual position 1-3 days per week ( must be able to work sat and sun) - Friendly and caring team environment - Hours between 7am - 3pm.

Duties
- Making Coffee, we use La Marzocco Machine
- Customer Service, able to have chats with customers
- Taking Orders at front counter
- Taking Orders for dining
- Serving food items from cabinet
- Serving dishes from Kitchen
- Clearing dishes
- Filling dishwasher
- Polishing cups, plates & cutlery
- Multi-tasking
- Making easy smoothies and milkshakes
- Topping up cups, lids and etc
- Working with team in FOH and BOH to run service smoothly
- Keeping FOH clean and tidy

Successful applicant may want to take on extra duties like opening and closing.

- Previous Barista Experience
- Previous Front of House experience
- Previous experience in opening and closing
- Previous cooking and food prep experience (Desirable but not required)
- Motivated & enthusiastic staff

- Ability to multi-task

- Be a team player and be flexible with other front of house duties.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Avondale Heights, VIC 3034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
