**About the Role**:
As a Landscape Gardener at NB Gardening, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients. This hands-on role involves a mix of creativity, technical skill, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll work on diverse projects, from garden design and installation to ongoing maintenance, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Designing and implementing landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping.
- Maintaining gardens through mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Installing irrigation systems, pathways, and garden features.
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and to client specifications.
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients.
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety and environmental standards.

**About You**:
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful, you’ll need:

- A Certificate IV or above in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- OR at least three years of proven experience in landscaping or gardening if you don’t have a formal qualification.
- Strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and garden maintenance.
- A proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience with landscaping tools and machinery is a plus.

Pay: From $76,515.00 per year
