Sub-contract Commercial Cleaner

**Sub-Contractor Office Cleaner - Sunshine Coast**

Sanity Cleaning Services is on the lookout for a **friendly, reliable, and detail-focused Office Cleaner** to join our small team, helping us look after our wonderful clients across the Sunshine Coast.

**About the role**:

- Starting with **6.5 hours per week**, with the chance to take on more work as new contracts come on board.
- Extra opportunities if successful, including **office cleans and window cleaning**.
- **Must be available Wednesday and Friday late afternoons/early evenings.**:

- Office cleans start at **$40 per hour**.
- Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and keeping kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas sparkling clean.

**What we’re looking for**:

- You’ll need an **ABN** as this is a sub-contractor position.
- Some previous cleaning experience is ideal, especially in offices or commercial spaces.
- A great eye for detail and pride in doing a top-notch job.
- **Commitment to upholding a high standard of cleaning, as we are a high-end cleaning business and our clients expect premium results.**:

- Must be able to **supply your own cleaning products and equipment.**:

- Able to work independently and manage your time well.
- A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence.
- A current police check (or happy to get one).
