Are you a passionate leader with a flair for gastronomy? Mojo’s Kitchen Bar & Bottle Shop is on the lookout for a dynamic Head Waiter (Supervisor) to join our vibrant team If you have a sound knowledge of wine and an eagerness to train and mentor our staff, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach.
- Share your expertise in wine to enhance our menu and customer experience.
- Create a learning environment by training and nurturing staff members, ensuring they develop their skills and passion.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Solid wine knowledge is a preferred (Bonus points for those with certifications)
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A strong commitment to staff development and team building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
