1st Year Glazing Apprentice

Sorell Glass and Glazing are seeking a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice to join our Team here in Sorell, Giblin Drive. We service within the Sorell Area to the East Coast and Peninsula. We are here from Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, this job does require overtime but no Weekend Work

Ideally, we seek anyone with a solid Work Ethic, a general understanding of Work Health and Safety, who communicates efficiently and actively listens. No experience is required as you will be taught everything you need know on-site.

Your main responsibilities include things such as, General Cleaning Duties (Sweeping and Washing Work Cars), Manufacturing Fly Screens and Fly Doors, Secuirty Screens and Secuirty Doors and the genral re-mesh of the above products.

We have been a small Family Owned and Operated Business for over the last 30 Years, we manufacture our own Windows and Doors to Shower Screens and Balustrades. Once you have shown that you are capbale of the above duties, you will be taught to measure and quote.

Please Note - Candiate must have a Manual License or can obtain a Manual Driver's License within 3-6 months. As we work closely with Sorell Primary and High School, you must be able to provide a clean Police Check as a Working with Vulunerable People/Childrens card will need to be obtained (Funded by Business)

**Salary**: $15.41 - $24.47 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
