**About You**:
This is a great opportunity for a Skilled Labourer/ Construction Worker to join our "Structures team", with a strong pipeline of projects - particularly to begin with on our Mt Ommaney project. Previous project experience on infrastructure or civil projects is highly regarded.

Therefore, you will work closely with our Leading Hands to achieve smooth operations whilst displaying your skills in a close knit, high achieving team. **What we need**:

- 3+ years construction experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Water treatment plant experience highly regarded but not necessary
- High standard of laying pipes within trenches to client requirements
- Water infrastructure experience
- Experience with Hand Tools
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Commitment to WH&S
- A Current Driver’s License
- Willingness to work in a team
- Be locally situated with QLD residence
- Able to manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subcontractors
- Commitment, energy and drive
