**About the Company**

This leading national provider of workplace rehabilitation with over 30 years of experience is looking to recruit a new Rehabilitation Consultant in Batemans Bay, NSW.

Although previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience would be beneficial it is not essential as this provider is keen to speak with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Chiropractors looking to move into Occupational Rehabilitation.

**What you will be doing**:

- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- While experience is preferred it is not essential
