As a result of our continued growth and industry success, an exciting opportunity now exist for a **Service Technician **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on various water treatment systems, including UV & RO systems and similar technologies.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
- Provide on-site training to clients on system operations and maintenance.
- Loading/Unloading of water treatment equipment.
- Willingness to travel to regional Victoria when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of UV & RO systems, disinfection systems, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be able to commit to the above Monday to Friday hours with regional travel.
- Must have basic hand and power tool experience.
- Must be physically fit and not afraid to work in the elements.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
