You will be planning, organising, and administering freight forwarding operations, communicating with a variety of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and import-export authorities both domestically and overseas to advise on order activity status, and ensuring our clients are happy and receiving the accurate and timely service they expect from EMO Trans. This is a great opportunity to work with diverse clients in a supportive team environment.

As a highly organised and accurate person, you will communicate clearly whether on the phone or in writing with all documentation and paperwork complete and correct at all times. You will use your planning and investigation skills to identify relevant transport methods that suit clients’ and EMO Trans needs for import/ export activities, and you will provide an exceptional level of customer service including tracing shipments through transit points, and providing quotes and invoices. Previous import/ export operations experience is essential for this role, and aviation industry experience in Time Critical Logistics would be a bonus. Experience with CargoWise CW1 is essential.

We are in the process of transitioning to a 4 on 4 off day shift roster so we can provide greater coverage for our clients and a positive work-life balance for our team. You will need to have the flexibility to work early (6am start) or late (9pm finish) shifts including weekends, with a 4 day break in between each shift. Initial hours may be Monday - Friday whilst undertaking induction and training.
