**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage SEO strategies by performing keyword research, reporting & insights, technical audits, content optimisation, & activity planning to maximise top of funnel traffic, leads and sales volumes across multiple categories and content areas
- Analyse websites within the organic search content and commerce space and identify gaps & opportunities
- Benchmark site performance and provide feedback and improvement recommendations
- Report on the effectiveness of SEO activities to stakeholders and provide insights for future campaigns
- Support UX, Product and Front End Development teams with SEO advice and recommendations
- Effectively manage all day-to-day operations of the SEM channel as well as associated tech and platforms
- Advise and implement on-site and technical SEO
- Collaborate with the content team to increase website traffic and keyword rankings
- Identify and manage off-page SEO opportunities
- Manage, monitor and analyse SEM campaign performance to meet key performance goals
- Increase Google My Business performance and optimisation across portfolios and projects
- Ensure SEM supports and aligns to the broader marketing plan
- Support and integrate with other team members to plan, brief and manage a range of digital campaigns
- Work within budget and adhere to daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Completing performance reports for our clients including inputting of performance metrics and analysis of what’s performing well and why, and what needs to be the focus for better performance in the following quarter
- Stay up to date with trends and SEO major search engines
- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team

**Essential**:

- 4+years’ experience in a SEO Specialist or equivalent role-Proven SEO experience with a track record of increasing organic traffic for other websites
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Proficient knowledge in search ranking, search engine algorithms and optimisation factors
- Web Analytics tools experience (Search Console, Google Analytics)
- SEO technologies experience (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Buzzsumo, Screaming Frog, etc)
- Solid understanding of website technology including HTML, Javascript, Tagging and WordPress
- Quantitative & analytical skills to ensure opportunities are identified and capitalised upon
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Well organised -able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- An enthusiastic, proactive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong listening and presentation skills
- Positive attitude is a must. You must be prepared to stretch and go the extra mile for your fellow team members and take pride to deliver the company quality to our clients

**Desirable**:

- Digital Agency experience preferred, or ability to showcase experience across a variety of industries, portfolios or brands
