Join our manufacturing client as a RTW Specialist in Hobart. You will support injured employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a successful return to work program. Responsibilities include responding to injury claims, implementing early intervention strategies, and managing return to work plans.

**Duties**:

- Provide expert support for employee rehabilitation and early return to work across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with the safety team to reduce injuries and minimise time off work.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for injured workers' RTW, documentation, and well-being.
- Maintain claim and injury registers, and attend medical appointments for effective case management.
- Assist staff with Work-cover claims and provide monthly reports on claims management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify suitable duties and support workers' recovery and return to work.
- Contribute to improving Work-cover performance and achieving organisational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide advice on workers' compensation.
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.
- Allied Health background is an advantage
- Strong coordination and understanding of Worker's Compensation legislation in Tasmania.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Return-to-Work/Injury Management experience
