**YOUR ROLE**
As an important member of our dynamic and world-class Tauranga office, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders. As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Cubro, your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient management and analysis of supply plan process, while also overseeing the seamless handling of incoming supplies, meticulous planning, and strategic ordering.
Key aspects of your role will include:
- Inventory management and master data maintenance, as well as coordination of SLOBS.
- Providing insights through using critical thinking, data analysis and develop insights to drive process improvements for inventory management.
- Supply planning/ forecasting (plan, order, manage).
- Co-ordinate international freight.
- Develop and implement supply horizons/intervals to optimize incoming supply.
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply plan process for suppliers, including managing all purchase order with assigned suppliers.
- Reporting on stock on-hand, stock allocation, sales and provide analysis/insight.
- Range of tasks to deliver supply chain/business requirements.
**ABOUT YOU**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree qualification is desirable
- Supply chain experience within a high-volume environment with hands on demand/supply chain planning and/or procurement
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- International shipping.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work within a team
