Bribie Cove is a 90 bed residential aged care facility, situated in a tranquil, subtropical seaside setting of Bribie Island. Our lovely home Bribie Cove has the enviable reputation of being a highly sought after aged care residence. With close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops, and just minutes from the Pumicestone Passage, this location is hard to beat.

**The Job**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

**You bring**: experience in a similar role, great clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
