**What You Will Do**
- Supports the Director of B&F in planning and supervising all B&F operations
- Develop and implement beverage strategies to achieve business goals and enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage beverage inventory levels and costs, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising waste
- Overseeing the stocktake discrepancies and conducting thorough investigations into them, ensuring that critical line checks occur monthly across all outlets
- Managing the dead stock in hotel to ensure its utilised where feasible, making recommendations to products/menu offerings to better manage beverage cost
- Quarterly beverage menu engineering
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food preparation and service
