This ideal individual will build, implement and run an optimal credit risk, fraud and collection management process for our core brands: Dodo, and iPrimus, across their product lines (i.e. Telecommunication and Energy products), which is efficient, scalable and supports business growth and value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement credit policies, ensuring prudent risk assessment and credit limit management.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers, establish credit terms, and monitor credit exposure.
- Oversee end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, payment collection and reconciliation
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and changes in the energy market regulations.
- Lead the collections team in Melbourne and Manila to optimise cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Melbourne and Manila-based teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to improve recovery rates.

**Skills**:

- 10+ years experience in senior leadership roles overseeing credit management, collections, and billing reporting, preferably in the utilities or related industry.
- Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
