Construction Cleaner

**Cleaning of new homes for handing over to our wonderful clients**

Dusting, Window Cleaning, Mopping and sweeping out

Can provide on the job training with all equipment provided

Perfect role for someone looking for school hours work to make some extra $$

Must have a clear police clearance and have own transport (to carry around cleaning kit)

This position is in multiple locations around the Perth Hills

Will be around 10 - 15hrs per week but can give extra hours if willing to travel and have extra availability.

Must be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mundaring WA 6073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
