Our clients include insurers, brokers, strata managers, facilities managers, real estate, government departments, private works and others. Our insurance works cover both normal and catastrophe event claims for some of the largest insurers in Australia.

**The Opportunity**
- You will successfully manage and deliver client and customer property repairs to meet service and quality standards
- You will set the repair claim up for success by working with the Trade Relationship managers and Trades
- Partner with customers, clients, trades and internal stakeholders to resolve queries in relation to insurance claims.

**Required Skills**:

- Trade or construction experience
- Experience in building costs and scope preparation
- Previous data entry experience
- Previous Insurance Property claims management
- Basic understanding of construction terminology (optional)
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience resolving conflict and negotiating agreement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive and personable
