**Warehouse Supervisor**:
Your key responsibilities will be:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, inventory management, order fulfilment and shipping.
- Manage all incoming stock. Quality control, scanning, tagging, barcoding and entering into the Inventory Platform correctly.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
- Perform regular stocktakes with RFID scanner.
- Producing regular reports and statistics on warehouse performance.
- Move & consolidate stock as necessary.
- Daily restock of adjacent boutique with all products.
- Oversee the fulfilment of online orders and ensure that they are properly packed and shipped according to customer requirements.
- Organise & manage the picking and packing of all online orders.
- Liaise with other departments.

This role requires:

- 3+years’ experience in warehouse environment
- Experience using RFID Scanners
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Capability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management software
