The positions require highly motivated and experienced
individuals, who have the ability to build, foster, and network key
working relationships with law enforcement agencies, while having a
strong passion for customer service.

These positions are primarily responsible for ensuring a high
visibility vehicle based patrol service as the “eyes on the
street” with a key focus of safety - in order to minimise
associated risk to the Rockingham community. Officers are required
to report on suspicious activities/behaviour and advise relevant
authorities accordingly.

The roles involve being unsupervised for a large majority of
shifts, and requires officers to demonstrate a high level of
attention to detail, and professionalism at all times. The ability
to remain focussed when working independently and vigilant
throughout the entirety of the shift is imperative.

To be considered for either role, you must possess a
current First Aid Certificate, Security Officer’s Licence and
a current C Class driver’s licence. A National
Police Certificate must be renewed every two years.

A seven day roster applies to this role, inclusive of weekends
and public holidays.

For the permanent full-time position we are
offering a gross salary of $59,660 per annum

**and**:
11% superannuation and the opportunity to co-contribute up
to 5%

For the casual positions we are offering an
hourly rate of $30.20 per hour; a 25% casual loading of $7.54 per
hour applies to this role giving a gross rate of $37.74 per
